Is Medical Marijuana legal in Texas?
Yes, medical marijuana is legal in Texas according to The Texas Compassionate Use Act Passed into law in June of 2015 for Qualifying Conditions.
What happens after I have been approved for my prescription?
After you have been approved, a member of our team will contact you and help you order your medication. MJ Doc TX has dispensaries where your medication can be picked up, or home delivery can be arranged.
What Products are available to choose from?
There are three different ways to deliver the approved medicine, Tinctures, Oral Mouth Spray, and Lozenges. Read more details How to take the Medicine.
How long does it take and how do I receive my prescription?
Once registered, the medication will be processed for pick up at our dispensary. If you prefer we can deliver it to your convenience.
Is this medicine covered under any insurance?
Unfortunately, currently neither the Doctor visits or Medicine itself is covered under any insurance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
MJ Doc TX accepts all major credit and debit cards.
What happens with my payment if it’s determined that my condition does not qualify?
If it’s determined that your condition does not qualify you will not be charged.
