We are currently offering consultation by Tele-Med, allowing you to remain comfortable in your home of office. We also can include your care partner in the conference even if from a different location.

Initial Visit
Before we schedule your session with our credentialed provider, our team will help review your medical records to confirm your qualifying diagnosis. If your condition does not qualify, you will not be charged.

Follow-Up Tele-Med Visit
As our team follows your care, we schedule a follow-up Tele-Med session (usually 1 month) to adjust medication if necessary.

No Show
We know life is busy, but we’ll be holding a spot for you to meet with our provider. 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule is appreciated.
